Past experience

  • Complete Crankshaft renewal of of Aux/engine MANBW 9L28/32-H, our worker joined vessel in Tema, Ghana and completed full overhaul including renewal of crankshaft. Owners supplied the spares and job completed to Satisfaction.
  • Complete main engine overhaul including main and crank pin/main bearings bedding, polishing of all pins using our skilled labour (4 mechanical fitters incl foreman /supervisor) on three MAK 8M20 engines.
  • Renewal of Main gear and water pump gears plus idler gear of A/E Daihatsu DK28, where we supplied 3 service engineers which was done to full satisfaction of attending superintendent and chief engineer and followed by successful sea trial.
  • Complete main engine overhaul including main and crank pin/main bearings using our skilled labour (3 mechanical fitters incl foreman /supervisor) on Yanmar SN280-EN engine
